Key responsibilities Initiate and maintain contact with prospective students and families to encourage enrollment Assist families with completing the enrollment application and ensure timely submission of required documentation Host informative sessions and represent the academy at events to promote programs and attract new students Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) 1+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or customer service roles Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational abilities and time management skills Passion for education and student success
