Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!Why you'll love this job​This job is a member of the Supply Chain Team within the Integrated Operations Division.Responsible for supporting the Planning organization with processes, metrics, and dataWhat you'll doProvides analytical support through databases and visualization tools both on a regular reporting schedule as well as on an ad hoc basisRepresents the company and serves as the principal intermediary in business transactions with both internal and external organizationsDefines project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organizes and leads project status and working meetings; prepares and distributes progress reports; manages risks and issues; corrects deviations from plans; and performs delivery planning for assigned projectsSuccessfully communicate relevant program information to multiple departments such as Engineering, Marketing, Production and Program Management on a regular basisCoordinates all required strategic sourcing functions, from establishing internal stakeholder requirementsAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience​Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent related experience/trainingPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceWorking knowledge of technical tools for analysis, databases and visualization : Oracle, SQL, Databricks, Tableau, etc.Skills, Licenses & CertificationsStrong statistical analysis, data modelling, and presentation development and delivery skillsStrategic mindset with a demonstrated aptitude for understanding the business, working with data, and self-motivated in solving problems creativelyAbility to analyze complex problems and implement solutions and/or workaroundsAbility to thrive in an unstructured role while working through ambiguous problemsProven ability to lead projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are metExcellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technical individuals at all levels including the executive levelSelf-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks with exhibited follow through and initiative.Advanced business understanding particularly in project managementSkilled in organizational and interpersonal dealingsHigh ethical standardsAbility and willingness to travel as neededWhat you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
