Front Desk

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage patient scheduling and front desk operations
Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Verify insurance and handle patient inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and manage patient flow
